Seminar Guest Portal

A portal that runs a university department's visiting speakers, from the first invitation to the day itself.

Each member gets an invitation that matches their own work and books a meeting or a seat at lunch in one click. The entry goes straight into their calendar and stays current when a time or room changes.

The visiting speaker gets a page that shows who they will meet and what each of them works on. Built by Porthos Studios.
